Please be aware that once a package has left my hands, I have no control over what happens to it.
Once shipped, you will receive an order regarding your purchase, including your tracking number. Please remember that tracking updates can sometimes take up to 48 hours to appear.
Orders are processed within 5 business days; after this time, your shipping time should be 4-6 business days for US orders, and 10-25 days for international orders.
All fees imposed during or after the shipping at the responsibilty of the customer. (Tariffs, taxes, etc.) If, for international shipping, delays occur due to customs or local issues, I am not responsible.
I do not claim responsibility for lost or stolen packages once the tracking page is marked as "delivered." If your item arrives in defective/damaged condition, please contact me with photos of the damage for a replacement.
