When will my order arrive?
New orders are processed within 5 business days. Delivery from the shipment date is typically 4-6 business days for US orders, and 10-25 days for international orders, but please be aware of any local delays!
Where do you ship?
I ship internationally, but please be aware of local issues that may cause international shipping to be expensive!
As of 2025, I do not ship to nations in the European Union because of the new GPSR regulations. Sorry!
Is there any way you can offer a cheaper shipping rate for international shipping?
No, unfortunately I cannot offer any lower shipping rates. My shipping rates are already as low as they can be; I use a program that gives me a discounted USPS rate. I know international shipping is very expensive, but unfortunately there is nothing I can do to make it any more affordable :(
I accidentally entered the wrong address - what do I do?
Please contact me ASAP via email with your order number and your updated address. If your package is returned to me, you will be responsible for covering additional shipping costs to have it re-sent. If your package is not returned to me, I do not offer refunds after an order has shipped unless there is proof of significant damage to the items.
I ordered a digital download and I don't see it. Why?
I send digital downloads within 5 business days, but please keep in mind that I send those files manually, not automatically! If it's been more than 5 business days, please check your spam folder, as emails with files are sometimes sent there mistakenly. If you still don't see it, feel free to shoot me an email at [email protected], with your order number, and I'll get you taken care of!
Can I use something other than Paypal to check out?
Paypal is the only service I can use right now to process payments. However, if you proceed to checkout, you will notice an option that reads check out as a guest. If you click this, you can enter your card information and check out without ever needing a PayPal account.
My charm has scratches on it, is it damaged?
All acrylic charms come with a protective plastic backing to keep them safe during shipping. Gently use a fingernail to peel the film away from the edge, and the charm should be smooth underneath! (Epoxy-coated charms are more durable and do not have a protective film.)
Are the stickers dishwasher safe?
No, they are unfortunately not. Please don't stick them on any surface you think will get soaked! They can handle a bit of splash or dampness, but if you want to pu them on a waterbottle you'll need to hand wash it.If you have a question about your order, please email me at [email protected] with your order number!
